I have recently bought the house, it is newly renovated with underfloor heating and new ceilings (including dimmable lights and both are across the house)

Some background information on me and the and the other flatmate I am working full time in finance and she is finishing up her studies and are 28 and 29 years old.

The room has a double bed, nightstand, desk, and closet (fully furnished all new furniture)

The apartment is located in Camden in between Camden Town and Kentish Town. Regents canal is right next to the house and Regents park as well as Primrose hill are a c.10 min walk.

🚇 5 min walk from Camden road overground station and 7 min walk to Camden town Tube Station.
🚌 5 min walk to 24/7 running buses.

There is a living room and large kitchen (spanning a whole floor). All appliances are new (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and fridge)

Rent is £1,600 month and covers all bills including a weekly cleaner.
The bathroom has a bubble bath and heated towel rack and would be shared with one other person (girl)
