Looking for a lodger for a newly-decorated, light, spacious, furnished double room. All bills included. An arty Camden flat with panoramic views and balcony. Amazing location - 2 minutes walk to Mornington Crescent tube, 10 minutes walk to Euston, Euston Square, Camden Town, Warren Street and Camden Road. Close to music venues, shops, bars and cafes, with bus and tube transport links one minute walk away. Central London is 20 minutes walk. Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. Serviced by two lifts and a convenient recycling bay.

Must like cats and treat them with kindness - sharing with one especially excellent cat, plus his friendly cat parents who work in the arts. I know I’m biased, but my fiancé is the kindest, loveliest person I know and is excellent company. We’ll be away from time to time throughout the months and you’ll have the place to yourself at those times.

We must make clear our boundary of not letting people stay in our room while we are away, unless you ask our permission first and respect our instructions. Taking care of our plants and making sure they stay healthy and happy in our absence is part of the agreement to live here, hence lower than market rent, for your time and care.

Sharing all communal living spaces. Non-smoker **essential** - I’ve bent the rules before on the balcony and it just doesn’t work for us - smoke smell is always noticeable when we come home, as it get in through open windows.

We’re sociable and easy going flatmates who love cooking, music, wild swimming, watching films and going to gigs, cacao ceremonies, gong baths, festivals and just generally enjoying life. Happy to have you join us on our escapades. We’re intuitive, respectful and keep a clean home filled with things we love.

Looking to share with somebody kind, self-aware, accountable, respectful and sociable, who not only cleans up after themselves thoroughly, but regularly shares the cleaning chores of the communal spaces fairly with us.
