We are looking for someone to take over our room, as my husband and I are moving back to Japan in early February. The room is available from 3 February.

This is a fully furnished double room located in Camden.

🛏 The Room
The room includes:
•Double bed (no bedding)
•Wardrobe
•Chest of drawers
•Desk and chair

If the room is rented by a couple, an additional wardrobe can be provided if needed, as storage space may otherwise be limited.

Although not originally provided with the room, we are happy to leave the following items if required:
•Fan
•Hair dryer
•Small shoe rack
•Full set of kitchenware
•Compact clothes drying rack

🏠 The Flat
•Shared kitchen and bathrooms with 4 other flatmates
•2 bathrooms
•The bathroom on the same floor as the room includes a bathtub
•2 fridges
•Washing machine and tumble dryer available
•Suitable for single occupancy or a couple

💷 Rent(recently reduced)
•£1,050 per month (single occupancy)
•£1,200 per month (couple)
•All bills included (utilities, council tax and Wi-Fi)
•Deposit: £750

🚍 Transport & Location
•Bus stop 1–2 minutes’ walk
(Routes: 29, 253, 390, 393)
•Camden Road Station – 12–13 minutes’ walk
•Kentish Town Station – 12–13 minutes’ walk
•Caledonian Road Station – 15 minutes’ walk
•Camden Town Station – 20 minutes’ walk
•King’s Cross Station – 25 minutes’ walk

It’s a bit of a walk to the stations, but having a bus stop right outside is very convenient.
The 29 bus goes directly into central London, so we never found it inconvenient.

🛒 Grocery Stores
•Nisa (24 hours) – 1–2 minutes’ walk
•Tesco Express – 5 minutes’ walk

Towards Camden Town:
•Large Sainsbury’s, M&S, Aldi
•10 minutes by bus / 15–20 minutes on foot

Towards Holloway:
•Morrisons, Waitrose, Lidl
•10 minutes by bus / 15–20 minutes on foot

👥 Flatmates
You’ll be sharing with 4 other flatmates. Everyone is kind, friendly and sociable, and we often went out for drinks and meals together. They are also very helpful and supportive whenever something needs fixing or if any issues come up.
