Whole 2 bed flat in Camden - £2600 /month + bills

We’re moving on and looking for someone to take over our flat in Camden from around 5 May. It’s been a great place to live.

The basics: two proper double bedrooms, a bright living room that gets loads of morning sun, a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, and a large private balcony patio out the back. There’s also a separate washer and dryer (no more hanging laundry).

Location: Three minutes to Camden Road overground and about eight to Camden Town tube. Also the flat is directly across from the steps down to Regent’s Canal, about 15 minutes to coal drops yard + Kings Cross.

There’s also a parking space currently rented out to someone, happy to pass that arrangement on to the new tenant if it’s useful (£140/month).

On furniture: We’re happy to negotiate a good price on the beds, the big corner sofa, the solid wood dining table, etc. All in good condition. Might have some other small furniture to throw in too.
