In a tale as old as time, our lovely housemate Liv is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone to fill her room!

Basics about the flat:

- Rent: £1042
- Bills: water is included in the rent, and other bills variable by month but always <£100
- Transport links: 2 minutes to Camden Road Overground, <10 minutes to Camden & Kentish Town tube stations ( Northern Line ), bus stop to central right around the corner
- 1 shower 2 bathrooms
- Bedroom includes a wardrobe, desk, dresser & small double bed

Colette, 26, Global Health Researcher
Strengths: pub picks, gives great advice (never takes her own)

Strengths: fantastic cook, fitness queen

We’re all very sociable- have our independent things going on but love to hangout as a house as well! We love to take advantage of how close we are to the canal and Primrose Hill, enjoy an afterwork dinner together and the occasional boogie 💃

We really enjoy our vibe as friends, not just flatmates, so we are looking for someone wanting same. 25+ (frontal lobe discrimination sorry), clean, and easygoing.
