Looking for a flatmate to takeover my tenancy

Hi! I’m looking for someone to takeover my tenancy starting 1st August, 2026. It’s a 2-bedroom flat and you will be living with my current flatmate, a female. She’s incredibly sweet, helpful, tidy and honestly everything you could ask for in a flatmate. I’m really sad to be leaving this flat behind but life happens :(

The rent is excluding bills but everything normally amounts to £1100 a month or lesser.

There’s a communal garden, absolutely stunning when the sun’s out. The kitchen is equipped with essential white goods and boasts ample storage plus countertop space. The flat boasts two well sized bedrooms, and a third smaller room which can be utilised as an office or storage room. Currently we use it as a storage space or for when our guests come over.
Conveniently located, with excellent transport links. This property is just an 8-minute walk from Camden Road Station, providing effortless commutes and about 15 minutes from Camden town. The area is renowned for its eclectic culture, with an abundance of markets, cafes, and restaurants that cater to every taste. Camden Market for unique finds, is only a short stroll away from the property.
