Hi everyone,

I’m a King’s College London LL. M. student and I’m looking for a student to take over my room for July and August 2026 while I’m back in France.

📍 Location: Camden / Oakley Square (NW1)
🚇 5 min walk from Mornington Crescent Station
🚶 Walking distance to UCL, KCL, King’s Cross, Euston and central London

🛏 Private furnished bedroom in a friendly 4-bedroom student flat
👩 Current flatmates are female postgraduate students from UCL
🛁 Shared bathroom + additional separate WC
🍳 Shared kitchen and living room
🧺 Washing machine in the flat
📶 All bills included (WiFi, gas, electricity, water, heating)

📅 Available from early July until 31 August 2026 (with possibility to see directly with landlady for a year tenancy)
💷 £1,200/month (all bills included)

The flat is rented exclusively to students, so you must be enrolled at a university and have the right to rent in the UK.

The room is ideal for:
• Summer school students (UCL, KCL, LSE, etc.)
• Interns spending the summer in London
• Exchange students
• Postgraduate students needing accommodation before the start of the academic year

There may also be a possibility to discuss longer-term accommodation directly with the landlady after August, although this would be entirely separate from my tenancy.
