Bright double room in Kentish Town

Hello!

My flatmate sadly moved out and now I’m looking for someone to take over his old room. It’s a lovely double room at a 2-bed flat very close to Chalk Farm station and Kentish Town West. There’s lots of storage as well, there’s a wardrobe and the bed also opens up so you can store things under it. The room comes with the bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The flat is on the first floor of a 70s former council building and has been renovated before I moved in so it looks quite nice and modern.

We would be sharing common areas and bathroom. The kitchen and living room are integrated and we have a big terrace, so it’s a really nice place to hang out. I’m very chill, most of the time I’ll keep to myself but also very happy to have movie nights or explore nearby pubs together. The flat is very quiet and cozy, I like to keep it always organised and clean (my preference would be to hire a cleaner but open to discussing that).

I’m a project manager full-time employed but work from home so I’m around quite a lot. Not the type to throw parties, but like to invite some friends over every now and then for a bbq at the terrace or a chill dinner. I speak Portuguese and English fluently, and my Spanish is pretty good as well. My hobbies are reading, dance classes, hitting the gym, sitting outside when the sun is shining, love watching movies and series, travelling and coffee! Also I have a cat that will be living with us, he’s super chill (not very in brand for orange cats). He’ll mostly keep to himself but will ask for chin scratches every now and then.

I’m open to short or long term rent, let me know what you prefer. It’s available to move in now but I’m not in a rush to find someone, so there’s no pressure. Just hoping to find a good fit!
