About Us
We’re a friendly household of three - Jen, Baris, and Diederik working in architecture and branding.
We're laid-back and independent, with our own hobbies and social circles, but we enjoy catching up over the occasional house meal – especially when Diederik’s testing out one of his new recipes (he’s a great cook!). Baris and Diederik are also into golf and board games – always happy to welcome more players!
About You
We’re ideally looking for a female flatmate to keep things balanced. Someone respectful, tidy, sociable, and with a good energy. We appreciate people who are easy to live with and open to the occasional shared moment.
The Flat
The flat was recently renovated and features a brand-new open-plan kitchen and living space, one shared bathroom and additional WC . It’s bright, modern, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining.
Location
We’re in NW London, well connected and easy to get around. The 390 bus stops right outside the house and takes you through the busiest parts of London. We’re also in prime territory for cycling, with loads of great local spots to explore – parks, pubs, cafés and more.
Move-in Date: 9-10th July
Rent: £880/month (includes council tax and water)
Deposit: £880
Utilities: Gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi are split between us.
Furnished: the room comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. I will be selling my furniture as well if you are interested.
