You would be sharing with one friendly, clean and considerate professional in his mid-20s. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom, with household bills divided equally between us. It would suit another working professional who is tidy, respectful and happy to maintain a relaxed and friendly home rather than simply renting a room.

The flat is located on Barker Drive, with convenient access to local shops, restaurants and great for public transport. The room & wider flat is furnished and the monthly rent is £875, excluding bills. The expected cost of bills is approximately £250 per month (Camden Council Tax Band D, Water, Electricity, Wifi).
