1 room available in 3 bed flat /1 bath/ 1 separate toilet flat in camden (FEMALES PREFERRED) on 1st floor

5 mins walk to Regent’s Park
8 mins walk to Primrose Hill

There is a separate bath and separate toilet. Both have sinks.

We have a drier as well.

One year minimum tenancy.


Minimum stay- 12 months (you can leave if you find a replacement)

Mornington crescent station- 3 mins walk
Camden town station - 6 mins
M&s food, sainsbury, tesco all 5 mins walk away

All flatmates are expected to contribute to council tax bill equally .

Bill come out to be approx £150-180 per month per person (council tax, water, WiFi, electricity all together).
