Bright and Spacious Room in Camden

I’m looking for someone to take over a bright and spacious bedroom in my 2-bedroom Camden flat. It has a large, homey living area perfect for hosting friends and enjoying meals. The central location is unmatched: close to the Camden Overground and canal but outside of the busy center of Camden Town. Easy to walk to Primrose Hill, King’s Cross, Kentish Town and can get to Hampstead Heath very easily on the Overground.

My current flatmate of 2 years is moving in with her partner, so I’d love someone who was looking for a place to settle for 12+ months. You’ll take over the contract which automatically renews every February, rent £1350 + bills.

About me: Late 20s, I love hosting game nights and small get togethers, having a cozy night in with my flatmate making our way through different series! I’m more a homebody, looking for someone that wants to take care of space, make it homey and a nice place for friends to visit. I also typically work at least 4 days of the week in the office, so you can the living space to work from home if needed.
