Our housemate is sadly moving out, so we are looking for a new person to join our home.

The double bedroom is a good size and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. You would be welcome to bring or replace any furniture to make the space your own.

The house itself is spacious and split over two floors, with a large living room featuring a small balcony, a separate kitchen and two bathrooms.

We were fortunate to secure a very reasonable rent for the area, so the room is £742 per month, excluding bills (council tax, water, electricity, gas and internet). Bills usually come to around £150–£180 per month.

The location is fantastic, just a 1-minute walk from the canal and 5 minutes from Camden Market. Despite being close to all amenities, the house is tucked away from the main street, making it surprisingly quiet. Camden Underground station is around a 7-minute walk away, while Camden High Street Overground station is approximately 6 minutes on foot. Regent’s Park is also within easy walking distance, and there are several supermarkets nearby.

We are looking for a professional in their 30s (no couples or students, please). The deposit is £675, and the room is available from 2 October.
