2 large double rooms to rent in the heart of beautiful Camden! Bright & Spacious

The flat is located right by Chalk Farm Station, also very close to Kentish Town Overground & Underground stations as well as Camden Town Station. There are several bus stops right downstairs too so you’ll always get wherever it is you want to go.
Move-In-Date 15th of September, ideally the contract would be for one year but shorter lets are considered but no less than 3 months as I’m looking for long-term flatmates.

I’ve lived in this flat for more than 5 years now and have always felt very safe and at home here. My name is Valentin, I’m a musician from Germany, I play the piano, harp, guitar and I sing so I’d prefer to share with people who are not too bothered by music coming from my room as that is my profession.

There are two small shared living rooms, one of which is also being used for drying laundry every now and then, the other one can be a place to have dinner together every once in a while or play boardgames etc.
I’m fairly sociable (extroverted introvert) and would enjoy hanging out with flatmates, movie nights or visits to the many great local pubs around here, if the vibe is right
but I’m also totally ok with people who just want to go about their own business as long as we can all live and let live 🤓

A cleaner comes round once a month so the place never gets too dirty. In the meantime everyone is expected to clean up after themselves but it’s generally very chill.
The bills amount to roughly 150£ per person every month including council tax, wifi, cleaner, water, gas & electricity.
