Room type: Studio (Kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, fast WiFi, bedding, towels and kitchen equipment provided)
Price: £388/week (option for couples accommodation at £438/week)
Contract length: 20 September 2026 – 12 September 2027 (51 weeks)
Contract: This would be an official contract takeover through The Stay Club – the new resident would need to meet their eligibility requirements, be approved by The Stay Club, and sign the relevant agreement directly with them.
Full-time students do not pay Council Tax.
