Hi! My housemate has decided to move east so I am looking for someone to join myself and my other housemate Laura on a 3 month let with the possibility of extending further.

£856 per month, bills approximately £180 per month

The flat is very London, the rooms are a little small but in an amazing location with great amenities nearby:

* 3 min walk to regents park and very close to Regent’s Canal, Primrose Hill & Camden Market
* Fully equipped home with spacious living and roof terrace

You’ll be living with me Alex, 27 year old, works in marketing and Laura, 27 who is a teacher. We’re both from Australia and are easygoing.

Seeking a tidy person who enjoys socialising with the occasional drink or dinner but also doesn’t mind alone time to recharge.
