✨Room available in girls house in Camden ✨

Hi girls!

The room is lovely with lots of storage, huge bay windows - it's the brightest room in the flat and it is lovely and quiet as it faces a lovely courtyard rather than road.

You’d be living with 3 girls:
• Emma, 28, Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 works for a sushi company doing their global recruitment 🍣

• Jess - 27, from London and working in social media marketing for a university 🤳

• Sophia, 25, English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 works in marketing 📱

We are all social and like to have wine nights & chats 🍷 go to parks to soak up the sun ☀️ or nights out 🍸. But we equally have our quiet time and respect each other space.
Ideally looking for a housemate aged 24 - 30 tidy & social - we would be keen to find a flatmate that could also be a friend! ☺️

📆The house is available from 1 November!

💰The rent is: £1,130 and bills are roughly £100 per month but this depends on the time of year!

We have a main bathroom with a big window (with bath/shower), an extra shower room with sink & another separate WC toilet.

We also have a separate washer and dryer which is a huge bonus!

The landlord is great and responsive same day for all queries which is so helpful too.

We have 2 underground’s really close by - Camden Town Station is 10 min walk and Kentish Town Station is also 10 min walk (7 mins on a good day!)
And we have Camden Road Station (overground) 3 mins away 🚊

We have loads nearby - gyms, restaurants, pubs. And also lots of supermarkets - Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, Aldi (5 min walk!!) ,Iceland 🛒 etc
