We are looking for a new male flatmate!

We are looking for a new flatmate to complete our home! We're a friendly and diverse group of young(-ish) professionals (interior architecture, construction management and marketing, from Turkey, Taiwan and Germany) who enjoy a healthy balance between a lovely home and personal space. We all have our own hobbies but like to do things together every now and then, like cooking together, board games, or arts and crafts.

The location is very well connected, with Kings Cross, Camden and Caledonian Road within walking distance and a bus stop at our doorstep. We share the second and third floors of a very recently renovated flat, and as a bonus our downstairs neighbours have the cutest golden retriever! The room itself is not large but if you enjoy a cozy space then the combination of low rent and great location can't be beat!

Included in the rent are council tax and water, which our landlords pay for. Excluded are gas, electricity, internet and a weekly cleaner. We like to keep our flat tidy!
