Hi! We're looking for someone to join our newly refurbished 3-bedroom flat in Camden, within walking distance of both Camden Town and King's Cross St Pancras, so getting anywhere in London (or out of it) is easy

The best part is you get first pick. The two tenants living here are students and they still haven't settled on rooms, so whoever moves in can choose whichever one they like most.

The whole flat has been done up recently, with polished porcelain floors throughout and a bright living room that gets lovely natural light. It's where we tend to hang out, with a big corner sofa, a Smart TV and a wall of plants that makes it feel really homely. The kitchen is modern with quartz worktops, loads of storage and a washing machine, and the bathroom has a proper bath, shower and heated towel rail. The bedrooms come furnished with comfy double beds and blackout curtains, so you really just need to bring your things.

Current tenants easygoing and keep the place clean and tidy, so they’d love someone who's friendly, respectful and easy to live with.
