Room in 2 bedroom flat - currently being renovated

Looking for a roommate to move into the second bedroom in my new home. Flat is situated right at the heart of Camden. The flat is over 2 floors with a massive roof terrace on top.

The bedroom has a small double, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk (can be removed if preferred). The tenant will be the sole user of the main bathroom except for use of the washer dryer.

The flat is currently undergoing a renovation so the start date is liable to change. All furniture is brand new, new kitchen etc.

I am a live in landlord and work from home so looking for someone who is ok with me working from home (mainly from my room not the living room).

Large living room with new reclining sofa, new premium kitchen.

Mainly looking for professionals / mature students.

I am a smoker but only outside the flat never inside.

I normally have people over once a week or so for dinner etc.

Included in the cost of the rent is a cleaner once every 2 weeks for a couple of hours for bathroom kitchen and communal areas.
