1 Quiet Back bedroom in family home

Unexpectedly available again-
This is a lovely quiet Camden home with 2 bathrooms to be shared with a family of 2 women with two 6 year olds ( a boy and a girl). This is a No Smoking household seeking a woman tenant who positively wants to live with a family with children.

That said though the children will respect your space.

Please reply in as much detail as possible about yourself and explain why you think you are a good fit to move in with us.
1 of us is a nurse and the other a film-maker/photographer who is doing some Film part time teaching. We are both artistic and progressive.

This could be very suitable for either a teacher or teaching assistant or a social worker or a student.

Our bedroom and the children's bedroom are on the top 3rd floor with the family bathroom in between our 2 rooms. We also have our own sitting room on the middle floor. As well as their bedroom the children have an open plan play area on the groundfloor.

You would have your own bright bedroom looking out on the garden on the 2nd floor of the house (next to our sitting room). Also, main use of the ground floor bathroom and toilet. You would also have use of a small fridge and freezer. We all share the kitchen and conservatory space where we cook and eat on the ground floor.

We do also use your main use downstairs bathroom when we are downstairs.
