Im currently renting the spare room in my apartment. This is an all renovated flat seconds away from the iconic Camden stables market in a private gated and quiet development.

This two bedroom two bathroom property is located within a very nice gated complex and has an ample living room, separate kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

The room will come tastefully furnished with:
- Bed and mattress
- Built in wardrobe
- Bedside table

(you can easily fit a desk if required but this will not be provided)

PERK: the property has two bathrooms (one being ensuite) and will only be shared with one more flatmate (myself) you will have an entire bathroom for yourself.

This is a place to call home and enjoy.

Bills will be shared on top of the monthly rent .
