I'm moving out of my flat in Kentish Town and looking for a sublet before the next tenant moves in.

Dates: July 8th until the end of September.
The flat is spacious with a big living room and access to the roof. The flat is above a shop (private staircase) and over two floors.
The room itself is furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe, and there's plenty of space.
Flat comes with two lovely flatmates (both work full time) who enjoy pub quizzes, card games, cooking together and going to coffee shops.
5min walk to Kentish Town Tube Station and Kentish Town West overground station, bus stop right outside the door with multiple routes.
Various supermarkets within 10 minute walk (including Aldi next door).
Close to lots of cool coffee shops, charity shops and a 15 minute walk from Regents Park and Primrose Hill.
