Double room for rent in a professional household a stone throw away from the tube!

THE ROOM:
Room comes furnished with built in wardrobes and cupboards for storage and is located on the ground floor facing the garden/patio area. Does not have much room for a desk so probably not suited to someone who wfh.
THE HOUSE:
A 6 bed house in which 5 rooms are occupied (we use the sixth room as a spare), kitchen and living area is on the lower ground floor along with a half bathroom. We do have a patio area that we wanna get ship shape for summer! 2 rooms on the ground floor (you and the other male), middle floor is one room and 2 full bathrooms (one for the gals one for the guys), and the top floor has the other two occupied rooms plus the spare.
Bills are roughly between 100-150, council tax band G
