Looking for a friendly gal to take over this room in a 3 bed flat in Camden Town.

Room: spacious room, comes with double bed and wardrobe. The flat has two small bathrooms, a decent sized lounge room, and kitchen. The flat is at the top of 3 floors, 5 sets of stairs (no lift).

Transport: 10 mins to Camden Town tube (Northern line), 3 mins to Camden Road overground and many buses within a 5-10 min walk.
Kentish Town 10 mins walk away as well.

NHS staff: easy access to Camden complex/Wood/Homerton/Friern/Brent ambulance stations; and UCH, RFH, Whittington, Homerton, Barts and St Mary’s hospitals.

Rent: £940/month + bills which are approx £140/month. Deposit £961.54

Housemates: two other mid twenties gals, working professionals. One Irish Engineer and an Aussie working in Music/Communications.

You: a 20-30ish year old gal, who is happy to be respectful of work life and keep the party out of the flat. Friends dropping in aren’t a problem though. No pets allowed sorry.

When: move in 6th June, lease renews Feb 23rd. Private rental contract with a good and responsive landlord.
