I’m looking for a new joint tenant to take over the second bedroom in a well-maintained two-bedroom flat in Camden Town.

My current co-tenant is moving out after many years at the property, and I am looking for a suitable replacement to join a new tenancy agreement through the letting agency.

This is not a typical house share or lodger arrangement. The successful applicant would become a joint tenant on the tenancy and share the property with just one other person (myself).

The flat is also home to one friendly cat who is very much part of the family, so it’s important that any prospective tenant is comfortable living with cats and enjoys having them around.
