​I am moving back home and looking to transfer my official UCL accommodation contract for a single room in Max Rayne House (NW1). This is a highly cost-effective short let, perfect for a UCL student coming for summer, pre-sessional courses, or early arrival!
​💰 Price & Dates:
​Rent: £149.80 per week (ALL bills included - water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi)
​Dates: Late June 2026 to 12th September 2026 (Start date is flexible, we can discuss!)
​Contract: Official UCL contract transfer for your peace of mind.
​🛏️ The Room & Flat:
​Single room located on the 2nd floor (building has a lift).
​Faces the back of the building, so it is very quiet, especially at night.
​Shared bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave).
​Huge Bonus: Daily cleaning service provided by UCL staff! They clean the kitchen, toilets, and take out the rubbish every day, so there are absolutely no cleaning rotas or hygiene arguments.
​The current flatmates are super friendly, quiet, and respectful. Zero issues since I moved in.

You do NOT need to be a UCL student! However, you MUST be a current student at a UK university or officially enrolled in a summer program. You will be asked to provide a valid proof of student status (e. g., student ID or enrollment letter/offer) to take over the tenancy.
