Eat-in kitchen, laundry and a three-piece bathroom are shared with the other two female professionals in their twenties.

The rent is £850 pcm inclusive of all bills/council tax/wifi broadband. So apart from the rent nothing else needs to be paid.

Please note that to avoid any nuisance/inconvenience to other flatmates/neighbors neither parties nor overnight guest stay is allowed.

Ideally we are looking for single female who wants quite living environment for relaxation after work or study.
