It's well-connected: Canada Water (10 mins) Surrey Quays, Rotherhithe stations (10-15 mins) away on foot. There's also a bus that takes you to London Bridge and Bermondsey (20 mins) and Greenwich (25 mins).

- There's many beautiful parks in the area, as well as a selection of nice cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping centre. There's even a brand new leisure centre with swimming pool, padel courts, food markets (15 mins), and a city farm 2 mins away! Canary Wharf and its array of eateries, bars and shopping centre is also nearby, just 1 tube away.

- Bermondsey, Southwark Park, London Bridge and Greenwich are easily walkable, as is pretty much every South/East London landmark you'd care to visit.

- The room has a lovely tree-lined view and is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk and chair. The flat also has access to a balcony and there's access to parking on the road nearby.

- It's a fully furnished modern flat, cosy in the winter, and airy in the summer.

- The kitchen and living room are open plan, the water pressure in the shower is great, there's a washing machine, and the Wi-Fi's nice and quick. There’s also a GP surgery and dentist on site.

- You'd be sharing this flat with 1 person. I'm in my mid 30's, working in Media and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, socialising, watching movies and the gym.
