I'm looking for a replacement tenant who would take over my contract at Scape Canada Water, valid until September 2023.

The area is newly developed with a nice neighbourhood and easy access to public transportation (5 minutes walk to Canada Water Station & some bus stations are available nearby) and convenience stores (Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's & Lidl are all within walking distance).

The building is brand new and modern - facilitated with 24/7 reception, communal lounge, games area (mini golf, ping pong tables & pool tables), cinema room, study area, and spacious courtyard. It is a student accommodation, therefore it only accepts students.

The room is a comfortable en-suite on the 1st floor with a double bed, private bathroom and plenty of storage for your belongings. You will have a modern fitted kitchen that is shared with the other flatmates that are all nice and friendly.

Priced at £274 pw with all bills included is a good deal, since Scape official website offers even higher price for the same type of unit due to rising living cost in London.
