Ensuite room in student accommodation

Looking for a student to take over my ensuite room at Scape Canada Water. Possibly suitable for summer school students/pre-sessionals

Will go through Scape after confirmation.

The room is an ensuite room (own shower/toilet) on the 7th floor, with great views of the city + sunlight. Inside the room, there is a small double bed, 4 pillows, a duvet, a desk with 3 drawers, a few shelves, two chairs, a closet, a radiator, and a dustbin. There is plenty of storage space in the room and under the bed.

You will share the kitchen with 10 other flatmates who come from all over the world. We are friendly with each other and are able to chat when we meet but also give each other space as well. The kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 stove areas, and 2 sinks. I have 1 cupboard (lockable with key) and 1 drawer in the kitchen that you can use to put your food and crockery.

I can leave some cooking and cleaning supplies in the room for you for free (e. g., pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, kettle, small vacuum, etc).

My rent is approx 280 pounds per week, covering all bills and access to the gym on-site. There are study areas and common areas downstairs. There is also a laundry room with washers and dryers you have to pay for separately.

Priority goes to those who can cover dates from 4 July to 9 September 2023.
