A bright double room will soon be available in a well-kept flat directly opposite Southwark Park, offering a peaceful home environment in one of South East London’s most connected neighbourhoods.

Our current housemate Luca (29), a veterinary surgeon and a much-loved tenant, is moving on to the next chapter in her career. We are therefore looking for someone who would be a great fit to join the household and continue the relaxed, respectful atmosphere in the flat.

The remaining tenants are:
• Nicole (25) – Hospitality professional
• Grace (27) – HR/Payroll

Both work full-time and keep a calm, friendly household.

None of the tenants knew each other before moving in, yet they have lived together very harmoniously for the past two years. We are therefore looking for someone who values a tidy, respectful home and enjoys a balanced mix of social interaction and personal space.

• 1-minute walk to Surrey Quays Station (with the upgraded station reopening this summer)
• 5-minute walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line & Overground)
• Tesco Extra, Surrey Quays shopping centre, cinema and other amenities just a few minutes away
