Double en- suite room,1150incl.bills

Hello there,

I am looking for a lovely person to take my room in the beautiful apartment I am renting in Canada Water (Jubilee Line, Overground). It is a cozy, sunny (when there is sun, haha) quiet and private house, next to the Thames. 15min walk from Canada Water station, 10min from Rotherhithe (Overground). There is a CO-OP 5min walk away and a Sainsbury's 15min walk away. Canada Water has a mall, and nice walking paths alongside the thames.

Rent is 1150ppm (950 for rent, 200 for bills). I am leaving to go live with my partner <3). The room has its own bathroom.

I am looking for a girl (27- 35yo), concious and interested in keeping the house at a decent state (I am not too OCD about this) and be able to hang out and chat :).

Date of move in is 01 August and landlady asks for one month deposit.

A bit about your new flatmate (unfortunately not me) - Her name is Adriana, a funny and great personality person, she is great company, quite enthusiastic about life. She likes cooking, travelling and exploring London and connecting with deep chats. She appreciates her flatmate's privacy but also like to chat and get to know each other when they have some free time in the house.
