This modern house was recently renovated and features updated amenities and a patio/garden. It has two living rooms, a large kitchen with plenty of cooking space, a garage for storage space and two bathrooms.

It is located a short walk away from Canada Water and Surrey Quays stations. From Canada Water you can get to London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Waterloo within 10 minutes and Shoreditch/the City in 15 minutes.

The house is also near a big Tesco, Russia Dock Woodland, charming pubs, Surrey Docks Farm and the Thames. You will be living in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with great transport links to central London.

You will be sharing with three young professionals (a Scot, a Swedish/American and a Turk) who know each other from university and London. We are friendly and tidy, like to go out for food and play sport together.

We have a professional cleaner who comes every two weeks and cleans the common areas and bathrooms. This will be a part of the bills, which are not included and usually are around £180/month per person.
