We are current flatmates at this stunning 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Canada Water.

I am travelling from
29 aug-6 sept
2 oct-5 oct

Hence i am looking to sublet the ensuite for the dates above.
The rent for the ensuite is £60 per night including bills. The house has everything you could need during your stay.

The apartment is 83sqft on the 9th floor of a 2018 building with a view both on the city and Canary wharf.

There's 2 double bedrooms in the flat and two bathrooms ( one room is ensuite )

The shared area includes:

- Fully equipped open plan kitchen ( including dishwasher)
- Living room with TV, WIFI and big balcony
- Storage room with washing machine
- Balcony

The building includes:
- 24 concierge
- a rooftop garden

The apartment is two minute walk from Canada Water station (Jubilee line & London overground )
as well as one minute away form Surrey Quays Mall.

This is a lovely area to live in as you will find many coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets and gyms at doorstep.
