Hi there, I’m looking for a flatmate for my flat in Canada Water (Zone 2) - it’s a 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat in the popular Quebec Quarter in Canada Water.

The flat is located a few minutes walk from Canada Water Tube (Jubilee line), Overground (Windrush line) and bus stations, offering excellent transport links in minutes to Central London, Canary Wharf etc. Local amenities include bars, restaurant, Surrey Quays shopping centre (with a big Tescos) and more.

The flat offers an ideal mix of connectivity, doorstep amenities and green spaces - Russia Dock Woodland is one minute walk away, Greenland Dock is five minutes away, and the Thames 10 minutes away.

The complex is quiet and relaxed, with on-site concierge facilities.

The flat itself is large, with high ceilings and a good size living room / kitchen and double bedroom. My bedroom is en-suite, so for the most part you’ll have the main bathroom to yourself.

I’m looking for a clean, friendly, easy going housemate, and can be flexible - I will consider shorter term leases and / or part-week occupancy.
