Room for rent in Canada Water

Hi,
My flatmate Luke and I are renting a room in a lovely, spacious flat in Canada Water. The Flat is very well located: it is just a 3-minute walk to Canada Water tube station and has easy access to buses, cycle paths, and Rotherhithe and Surrey Quays Windrush line stations.

The flat has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a balcony, storage space, and a space to dry clothes (so you won't have to do it in your own room). We also have access to the building's gym, concierge, and rooftop terrace.

We both work in a hybrid mode, so we work from home and at the office some days. We are looking for someone who is organised, tidy, friendly, and easy to talk to. We are looking for friends rather than flatmates.
