Lovely double room in Canada Water.

Looking for a tenant for the 3rd room in my flat. Sunny double bedroom with bed, desk and wardrobes provided. Very happy for you to redecorate the room, hammer things into the walls etc. We have a good sized living room and kitchen and a garden (this is currently a bit of a mess but I have some big improvement plans haha).
5 mins walk from Surrey Quays station (Overground) and 10 mins from Canada Water (Jubilee, Overground, buses). About 5 mins on the tube to London Bridge. 5 mins walk from Tesco Extra and Surrey Quays shopping centre. Very close to Southwark Park and multiple gyms.
Bills are about £100 a month - water, gas, electricity, WiFi and council tax (council tax Band C).
More about me: I'm 23 (24 in a month) and a trainee solicitor. I love walks, mooching around shops (especially a charity/vintage shop), baking, crafts, music, theatre and an Aperol Spritz. I do sometimes work long hours during the week but when I'm free I'm always down for a chill night in or a little pub trip. Really looking for a flatmate that I can get on well with and create a lovely sociable/chill atmosphere with. Only other requirement is someone who likes keeping the flat clean and organised as that's very important to me.
Currently my other tenant is my brother (22, working in the civil service), but he's currently planning on moving out at end of September/start of October. He is into cocktail making, cooking and pub quizzes.
