Ensuite room available for 1 month in Canada Water

I’m looking for someone to take my ensuite room 1 min from Canada Water station (Jubilee/Overground) from 14 November to 2 Jan.

It's a double bedroom with a desk and large private bathroom. It's a very modern 1st floor flat in a building complex with secure bike storage. There is a large living room and balcony that overlooks the courtyard (so no street noise!).

My flatmate is a really nice guy in his early 30s – we became friends through work!

The place is 1 min to Canada Water station and there is a Sainsburys right across the street, in addition to more grocery stores, gyms and a shopping centre within 10 mins walk.

The flat has just been redone with new furniture and looks a bit different (better) now, message me for the video! The bedroom has large wardrobes and a desk (shown in video).

Rent: 1400/month (inclusive of bills), totalling 2450 for the stay

Looking for a working professional in their late 20s-mid 30s who is clean and easygoing, and can commit to the full month.
