Rent is £950+bills (~£140) a month and will be an existing contract, just need to pass references with the agent.
Location is a 7 min walk from the Canada Water tube station and close to a big Tesco. We have off street parking and a garden!
I work in Canary Wharf, partial to a beer on the weekend and like to keep active during the week.
