Hi all,
Looking to fill a space in our house in Canada Water from August (can be asap). The room is a double (if you work from home there’s a desk in the built in wardrobe) and plenty of storage space so perfect for someone hybrid working. En-suite and the 2 other rooms share a bathroom.
Rent is £950+bills a month and will be an existing contract, just need to pass references with the agent.
Location is a 7 min walk from the Canada Water tube station and close to a big Tesco. We have off street parking and a garden!
Will be living with me and my mate Josh, I work in Canary Wharf and Josh works in Monument. We are both partial to a beer on the weekend and like to keep active during the week.
Looking for someone who’s hybrid working/ in the office.
Will of course need to pass all credit checks with the estate agent etc.
