Sublet of double room in house with river views

Double bedroom

Double room available for sublet.
I will be away between the 20th July and 9th October, and so am looking for someone to rent my room.

Ideally for the duration of my travels, but I have some flexibility on move in/out dates. The minimum stay would be for 2 months, but can be for longer if a couple more weeks if required.

Room: £880 per month
Bills: £95 per months (includes: water, gas, electricity, council tax & WiFi)

If an additional few weeks is required this will be prorated.

Ideal for:
Someone coming to London for an internship/summer course.
Someone moving to London and in need of a short term let.

Not suitable for someone who works from home full time.

The room
Furnished room, including double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe and shelving unit.

Bathroom
Walk in shower with toilet and sink, shared with one other housemate (female). Cleaning is shared between the two of you.
Other housemates have separate bathrooms.

Balcony & Garden
Next to the room is a lovely balcony from which you can hear the calming sound of the river - ideal for sunset dinners.
There is another balcony off the kitchen, as well as a decked garden, and a private communal garden across the street.

Communal kitchen, dining and living space.
There is a monthly cleaning rota, where by everyone has a task to complete around the house.

I’ve lived in the house for almost 6 years, and the house has a lovely homely feel, with friendly and considerate housemates.
