Hey folks! We're living in a 3 bed 2 bath (+ 1 toilet) duplex flat. My flatmate and I are both 27M working in tech. We're looking for a replacement for our lovely third flatmate as she's pursuing higher studies and we've been living together for over 2 years in this apartment.

The available room is a double room with views of the podium gardens. It has got large floor to ceiling windows so the room can double as a balcony as well. You will be sharing the bathroom with my other flatmate.
