Homely flat seeking new housemate :)

Hey everyone! Our lovely housemate Rob is moving to Glasgow (sad!), so we have a room up for grabs from the end of August (exact date TBC).

Viewings: We're available on 22nd–23rd July, 27th July, and again from 8th August. I may also have some flexibility on 24th–25th July (mornings and early afternoons). Bedroom picture FYI: Rob’s in the middle of packing hence the bags etc. Also I am aware you need to pay for Spareroom sometimes so feel free to send a heart and I’ll reach out.

About the flat:
We're in a stunning Canada Water apartment with beautiful London views. We treat this place like a proper home and hope our new housemate will too — we're all adults here, no student house vibes! The building has a co-working space, a gym, and a lovely outdoor area. Canada Water station is literally on our doorstep, so getting around the city is a breeze. Plenty of great pubs, bars, and green spaces nearby too.

The room is the smallest in the flat and shares a large bathroom with Ramon. You'll also have access to a bonus storage room, perfect for a desk or walk-in wardrobe.

Th rent is without bills but expect around 150-200 on top of the rent depending on usage and season. Deposit was split equally and is around £1192.

About us:
I work in tech sales and love veggie cooking, natural wine with friends, salsa and bachata dancing, running, and travel (which I'm lucky enough to do a lot of!). Ramon is also a big traveller, loves football, and bakes a pretty decent cake every now and then. We love hosting dinners and cooking for each other from time to time.

About you:
We're looking for someone chilled and sociable, ideally male, who enjoys the occasional drink, a run, or just hanging out in the flat, but equally has their own life going on. We keep the flat clean, tidy, and homely, and we'd expect the same from you.

Worth noting: the room is on the smaller side, and both Ramon and I work from home three to four days a week, so it'd suit someone who heads into the office at least three days a week.
