Amazing new built 3-bedroom flat in Canada Water with large open kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms, and a private balcony. Located 8 min walking distance from Canada Water tube station.

Available from ~ Oct 1. You would need to pay deposit and replace Tessa on the joint contract, for which you would need to pass referencing checks.

** About the room:
A spacious and bright southeast facing bedroom. The room comes furnished with a single bed and wardrobe and enough space for a desk and chest of drawers (or to swap the single bed out for a double). The bathroom is shared with one other housemate as the 2nd housemate has an en-suite, and there is also an additional storage room where we keep shoes/coats. suitcases etc.

**Bills:
Bills come to 150 a month (per person) depending on the season and usage and includes water, heating, electricity, internet ad council tax.

**About the flatmates:
There are currently 3 of us, Sanjna, Kat and Tessa who will be leaving. We're all young professionals, 28-30 yrs. We all are positive, responsible, neat and tidy, and respectful of people's privacy so looking for someone that ticks these boxes too! We all have busy lives but love to catch up with each other and we get on really well. Someone who is like-minded, respectful, and friendly would fit in well. As it can be seen from the picture the flat is gorgeous so it's essential to keep the friendly vibe and feel at home :)
