Hey! Looking for someone to take over my ground floor room due to change in circumstances. Rooms comes furnished with double bed, massive built in wardrobe, desk and chair. Living room furnished and kitchen furnished with washing machine/fisher washer and white goods. Rent is £1000pcm and hills comes to about £120 pp pcm. Sharing with one other who works shift works, so looking for a respectful tidy individual so doesn’t mind being alone in the flat/hanging out with housemates when in the flat. Move in would be around mid/end September.
Flats about a 5 minute walk from Rotherhithe overground station and about 7 minute from Canada Water station (jubilee and overground). About five minutes from the Thames jubilee path.
