Looking for a Flatmate in Canada Water

Hello! We are looking for one person to move in to our beautiful flat in Canada water / Rotherhithe. We are also looking for someone who preferably does not wfh full time, but open!

The flat is available September 1st (or later if necessary).

About the room:
- £650 per month
- Bills are around £100-£120 per month (Council tax band D)
- Double bed with storage underneath and a separate large closet with a chest of drawers inside
- You will share a bathroom with Antara (22 f)

About the Flat:
- 3 bed, 2 bath with great natural light throughout the entire day
- open plan living room kitchen area
- large balcony and a private roof with 360 views
- a private parking lot with a gate (the flat comes with one parking space) and a bike holding area
- Building with a porter (7 days a week; 8am-8pm)
- Water bills are included
- 15 min walk, 6 min bike or 7 min bus to Canada Water (Jubilee and Windrush line) and Rotherhithe Station (Windrush line)

About us:
You'll be living with Lelia (29 f), Nick (32 m) and Antara (22 f)

Lelia is a voiceover artist, Nick is an actor at drama school and Antara is a paralegal! We are all welcoming and friendly and looking for someone similar, we also really enjoy board games! Just a heads up, because of my work I will need quiet sometimes throughout the day while I am recording.
