Spacious Room | King Size Bed | Very Good Location

Hello! We have a very large room to rent with a king sized bed (170cmx200cm), ample space for a desk, plenty of storage space and a TV (though if you'd prefer no TV in your bedroom that's fine too!).

The bedroom is part of a spacious 4 story house with great furnishings, good sized kitchen and separate living room, very responsive and helpful landlord and 2 housemates who aren't too terrible.

The house itself is very nice in but just as good is the location! It's terms of the tube we're very close to the Jubilee and Overground lines, with Canada Water station 6 minutes walk away and Surrey Quays station 4 minutes walk. In terms of other nearby amenities, Southwark park is right across the road, Tesco Extra and other shops are 5 mins walk. Canada Water leisure centre also opened nearby recently with gym/swimming/courts, only 4 mins walk away.

Other nice benefits of the house included: a small private garden, a monthly cleaner included in the rent price, a car park spot (we don't have a car but have found it very helpful when friends/family/plumbers are visiting) and a central vacuum system which we'd never seen before this property!

A bit about us, your two prospective housemates. I'm Steven (28), I've lived with my brother James (30) for the past few years. I'm a fan of racquet sports and gym and in my downtime love to play board games or video games with friends. James enjoys reading, the gym and video games as well.

We found our last housemate on Spareroom and have had a great past 3 years, but since he's moving in with his girlfriend we're back on Spareroom hoping to find another great housemate! We'd like to find someone tidy, respectful and friendly so we can keep on having a clean and chill house to all enjoy together.

Tenancy details:
- Available from 19th October 2026
- Standard two months notice

Monthly Bills are split evenly:
- Electricity and gas: £65pp
- Water: £13pp
- Wifi: £15pp
- Council tax (Band E): £67pp
Total: £160 per person a month
