Bills come up to around £125 Max £150 in winter. Per month.
Rent is paid 16th - 16th Each month

House has WiFi Hyperoptic and open to changing if needed, large space and perfect for a home workspace aswell, with great views over the doc and Canary Wharf at night.

Shared bathroom with other room mate on shared floor. Bedrooms above have their own.

East facing loads of sun across the day. Storage downstairs and fully furnished.

Nice garden great for a BBQ or read a book. With car park out back.

House mates are easy going all work.
