Big Room in Canada Water from October!

Available from 10-11th October (flexible, could be earlier for the right person)

Very big room with a double bed, a huge full wall closet, it's own cute toilet/sink room, shares only the shower in another bathroom with 1 other person and has it's own small separate storage closet in front do the room.

I will sadly be leaving the beautiful house I've lived in for the last 6 years in Canada Water, Zone 2, 15 minutes walk to Canada Water Station and 10 minutes walk to Surrey Quays Station. Jubilee and Overground lines both 24 hours on the weekends.

The house is very big, with 2 garages, a huge split level kitchen and living room area with a big sliding door with a balcony you can step off into. Rear small garden and a front space you can chill at in the summer.

The area is super nice with lots of nature, a pond visible from the living room and Greenland dock super close!

You will sharing with 2 nice Italian girls in their 30s, both working professionals.

There is also very cute and affectionate Cat living in the house, but he’s never been inside the room as he’s only allowed in the living room and his owner’s room! :)

The guy managing the house is super nice and the landlord is also very nice, for example this year they didn't raise our rent to "not further burden us financially"

Very competitive rent at 910£ +bills (approx. 150-180£ per month)
