I’m looking for a female to take over my double room in a 3-bed flat. It’s a female only flat.

The flat is in an amazing location, next to a park, less than 5 mins walk to Canada Water Station. You can easily travel to central London in 30-40 mins by either buses and underground.

The house is clean and tidy. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys a peaceful and comfortable living space. Both my flatmates are super friendly, considerate and respectful.

The room is £1000 per month, all bills included. 13

You only need to share the bathroom with one person, you’ll have your own individual fridge and a shared freezer. There’s a small balcony and TV(with TV license).

Transport and nearby:
-3 mins walk to Canada Water Station(Jubilee line and Overground)
-5 mins walk to Tesco Extra, Sainsbury’s local outside the Canada Water Station
-10 mins walk to Lidle
-Buses outside of flat to London Bridge, Soho, Shoreditch and North Greenwich

Room is available from 1 October.
